Marine Terminal Baseline Criteria and Assessment Questionnaire has been published by OCIMF to encourage the uniform asseessment of standars of safety and environmental protection at chemical, gas, and oil terminals. The document is divided in three parts and two appendices. Part 1 provides guidance on the use of the document. Part 2 contains the Baseline Criteria and accompanying questions. Part 3 provides additional questionnaires. And in the appendices the reader will find a list of related publications and documents to be furnished to assessment team by terminal.
